#RYBSAT Conclusion

#RYBSAT ended yesterday and I must say, it was a lot of fun, even though I didn't read that many books!

The last eight days went by so quickly, yet I was only able to read three books, which I will try to review soon.

I finished Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins, which I loved almost as much as Anna. Lola and Cricket were such a cute couple, and I personally found myself giggling along and letting the story take me with it. Here are some quotes that are still stuck in my mind:

'"Lola, the mail man knew you were in love with him."'

'And if I'm the stars, Cricket Bell is entire galaxies.'

Next, I read a fairly fresh release, Half Wild by Sally Green. Since I finished Half Wild on my vacation last year in Greece, I was anticipating the sequel so much because it ended on a harsh cliff hanger. It wasn't something I expected, some things in the book I hated with passion, but the ending, once again, is what made the book worth four stars for me.

And last... I couldn't finish Dorothy Must Die by Danielle Paige. It's not an awful book, just not well polished book for the most part. It started with school drama that has nothing to do with the story, the writing constantly shapeshifting between nice and elegant to outright bland. It was hard for me to go beyond page 120, so that's the end of my story with this series.

How was your #RYBSAT 'week' going? Did you accomplice any reading goals? :>
